  • Processing Time & Shipping Policy

    Processing time: 1-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Delivery time: 2-6 business days after processing.

    All orders include a tracking number.

    Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated by USPS or UPS and provided at checkout.

  • Returns Policy

    Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for any issues.

    Only defective molds can be returned. Used molds are not eligible.

    We'll email you a return label for defective molds.

    Send back returns within 2 weeks of receiving the label.

    Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

    Follow your resin's instructions to avoid mold damage; we are not responsible for user errors.

  • Replacements

    Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for any issues.

    Only defective molds qualify for replacements.

    We'll email you a prepaid label for defective molds.

    Send back molds within 2 weeks of receiving the label.

    Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Refunds Policy

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

  • Cancellations Policy

    Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

  • Lost or Stolen “Delivered” Packages

    If your package is missing, first check with family members and neighbors.

    Occasionally, the post office scans packages before actual delivery; allow a few extra days for arrival.

    If the package is still missing, contact your local post office for help.

    Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages. If theft is suspected, please file a report with your local police department, as we are unable to issue refunds for stolen packages.
